Repeat Prescriptions

green pills Repeat prescriptions are issued at a doctor's discretion, normally for people on long-term treatment. Printed slips are provided for regular repeat medication. To order repeat medication, tick the items you require and bring or post the slip to the health centre. If you don't have a slip you can write to us.

Collect your medication from your chosen pharmacist 48 hours later (allow extra time at weekends).

New patients will be asked to complete a form indicating which pharmacist they wish to use.

We regret that our staff cannot accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone. However, you can now order your repeat prescription from this website.
