Patient Reference Group (PRG)

Kingswood Health Centre’s Patient Reference Group (PRG) are a group of patient volunteers, from as wide a spectrum of patients as possible, who work with the practice in trying to continually help shape the delivery of services to our patients.

In 2023 the physical group disbanded due to the availability of membership and a virtual group was formed. The Managing Partner, Robyn Clark, sends a quarterly email update to the group detailing any new changes to the practice, and seeking engagement on any proposed developments (e.g. new services, changes to premises, opportunities for volunteering or fundraising etc.)

If you are interested in belonging to this motivated and supportive group that is focused on taking positive action in working with the practice to the aims mentioned above, please let us know.

Friends & Family Test

We want you to have the best possible experience of care. The NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review our service. Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience – what you like and what you think we could improve. Ultimately, you’re helping us to make changes that will ensure we can offer the best possible care.

You will be invited to respond to one question by choosing one of six options, ranging from “Very Good” to “Very Poor”. You will also have the opportunity to explain why you have given your answer, so please answer any follow-up questions.

This feedback mechanism does not replace the current Feedback and Complaints Procedure at Kingswood Health Centre or other forms of feedback. We will continue to use our own ways of gathering feedback in addition to the NHS Friends and Family test.
