Patient Participation Group (PPG)

Kingswood Health Centre’s Patient Participation Group (PPG) are a group of patient volunteers, from as wide a spectrum of patients as possible, who meet regularly and work with the practice in trying to continually help shape the delivery of services to our patients.

Members of the PPG attend regular quarterly meetings and may become involved with the writing of informative articles for our Newsletters, as well as contributing to discussions regarding the delivery of patient services.

They also lead on developing an annual PPG patient survey with support from the practice. You can view the most recent survey by clicking the button below.

Friends & Family Test

We want you to have the best possible experience of care. The NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review our service. Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience – what you like and what you think we could improve. Ultimately, you’re helping us to make changes that will ensure we can offer the best possible care.

You will be invited to respond to one question by choosing one of six options, ranging from “Very Good” to “Very Poor”. You will also have the opportunity to explain why you have given your answer, so please answer any follow-up questions.

This feedback mechanism does not replace the current Feedback and Complaints Procedure at Kingswood Health Centre or other forms of feedback. We will continue to use our own ways of gathering feedback in addition to the NHS Friends and Family test.
